The doctor calls back

If you call the practice between 8.30 and 12.30 with a simple question, the assistant can consult you via the telephone. Dr Shams will call you back later that day, at an agreed time.

Results research

For results of, among other things, urine or blood tests, you call to the practice between 8.30 and 12.30. The assistant will then give you the result or make a telephone appointment for you with Dr Shams.
