Are you not able to come to the practice?

If it is not possible to come to the practice by yourself, the GP can also visit you at your home. For example because you are too ill, (temporarily) disabled or have difficulty walking.

The assistant assesses, possibly together with the doctor, whether a home visit is possible.

In the practice, the possibilities for research and treatment are better.

The home visit is not intended for people who do not have time or transport to go to the normal consultation hour.
